Good Afternoon.

I am looking to buy a character with the following inclusive skill set. Budget is open ended so let me see what you have to offer. I'm not paying extra for Industry skills if you have them.

- Tech II Large Blasters/Rails
- Perfect Gunnery Support
- Caldari Cruiser/BS well Skilled
- Battlecruisers IV/V (V Preferred)
- Excellent Shield Tank and Engineering Skills
- Cybernetics V would be nice
- Gallente Cross Training isn't an issue


Please let me see what you have to offer.

Very well skilled char but sadly a little outside what I am willing to pay for a fairly focused character ;-)
