Lowsec actually, but PL had the system under control & locked down pretty fast, most organized folks weren't really encouraged to face PL directly because of this. Despite this, a non PL fleet managed to hit the site of the live event right as the capitals were dying, allowing them to snatch some PLEX bounties from PL.

The report I did on the Okagaiken event: Provists Uehuma Inikas and Arano Kokkara fall at Okagaiken
