Question:

Previously you were an unashamed abuser of the drone assist mechanic, something which many people wanted changed for obvious reasons. With that in mind, are you truly able to be objective and represent EVE's players in discussions with CCP? If you were on CSM 8, what would you have said in the nerf drone assist discussions? Would you have supported it, or remain with the status quo?

You mean I used ingame mechanics to my advantage? No I am not ashamed of that at all. We can only use the tools in which CCP provide us with. I was the creator of slowcats the first real proliferation of drone assist. You can bet ill be using the next optimum or broken or op tactic in the game as well. I had said in many places that drone assist needed to be nerfed. Just as your leader had abused technitium and at the same time said it needed to be nerfed.

1 ) PVP probing - Its way to easy and fast and takes 0 skill. Drop probes click button to stack probes in pre-defined formations click scan and then warp fleet . It strangles tactics as its just to easy to go to 0 on someone. It makes kiting and sniping concepts all but obsolete.

Sniping concepts have some another problems. They cannot break down spidertank - spider tank is too strong. BS has been still warping ~12 sec after he shows oneself in greed - it's kills any rewarp kiting.

What you think about the spidertank and BS warp speed?

What is your opinion on the following.

Flipping Nullsec PI and Moon minerals with their counterparts in Lowsec.

My thinking:
Helps reduce the projection of power by weakening SRP and Alliance funding
- There is clearly an issue with the fact large entities can essentially project power across the universe and be supported by passive income generators just compounds the projection issue. If pilots were forced to pay out of pocket more often the N+1 thing and effective control of space would become more limited in scope.
- This encourages people to actually use the space they mean to make claim to, speaking from first hand experience, the space that NS entities claim is very very very empty. You can fly all over the North with caution to the wind.
- This could encourage more Alliance production measures as a way to supply ships, instead of just using ISK to buy the ships from HS production.

Adds more conflict generators to Non Faction War Lowsec
- We all know lowsec is on hard times, FW was a nice start, but it left half of lowsec without really anything much. Having high value moons and planets would add incentive for non FW groups to engage in more combat, as well as entice NS groups to operate more in the region increasing the number of viable targets. As well as provide nonFW groups with income streams they desperately need.

Acts as a better bridge between HS and NS
- This comes from a mindset of people learning to value their assets, to defend those assets, and have reason to do so.
- Encourage understanding of timer mechanics, timer fights, structure battles etc.
- Basically the missing run on the ladder that FW does not provide.

Given Risk/Reward mentality LS should offer higher nonActive rewards based on the difficulty in defending against all types of combat ?.
- POS/POCO can be better protected in NS, with bubbles and System wide Cyno Jammers, these security measures make it much more difficult to attack economic infrastructure of enemies, Low Sec does not have these benefits, and is by and far more deserving of rewards based on the risk.

What do you think of this as a balancing bridge between NS and LS incomes, its conflict drivers, as a bridge between HS and NS and reduction in power projection in NS?

What do you think of the current Renter/Landlord method of alliance level isk generation in the game as it stands now?

What would you suggest CCP do to encourage alliances to not only "Own" space, but actually "Live" there?

Hello.

Currently the Serpentis are the only pirate faction in the game that don't have a rated 6/10 and 9/10 DED complex available to be run. These sites have been on the "coming soon" list for quite a few years, but no further news or information has been released. Would you be willing to request that CCP introduce these sites to the game so that areas like syndicate that rely on running sites as the main form of income can continue to grow and prosper?
