Maybe a section to load drones in the fitting window, just like when you load ammo. If you need to change drones then you can do it manually, but your initial set can be pre-made.

or

Multiple Hot keys in the settings "Launch Drone Group 1" "Launch Drone Group 2" then you can drag and drop into the drone groups the same way you do now.

or

Let you drag your drone group to one of the unused weapon keys and you use that hot key to launch them.

There are a lot of ways it could be implemented (those are what I thought of in about 30 seconds) and I'm sure some of them (like that last idea) wouldn't be too hard to add to the game.

That's way too complicated ... and with carriers were you have potentially a lot more than 3 groups of drones, it becomes confusing very quickly (my carrier has almost all combat drones in the hold + logistics drones and some e war drones).

Drag and drop is more than enough for that, believe me.

Suggestion: Make chat window retain focus when docking

Note: Currently the focus will switch from the chat window to the inventory filter when docking, at least if you have inventory merged with the station panel.

I'm not saying that the drag and drop and the other options need to go and the option to launch them how you do would still be there, but instead people that would like to have a key bind option would have some sort of option.

Market window: I'd like it identify via colors or what have you, buy orders within the scope of the buy order you are placing.


Example: If a station 6 jumps from me is buying all of x item within a 5 jump range, it will not show up as green, but if I place a buy order with a 1 jump range, the UI doesn't do a good job of indicating that my buy order will be competing with the one 6 jumps away.

This is just the case if you setup the order remotely, not? When setting it up in station, its just fine...

Say there are 3 systems A, B, and C all connected in a straight line.
Suppose I am docked in system A while you are docked in system C.

I post a buy order and set the range of the order to 1 jump. This means ppl in system B will see my buy order as green and could potentially fill it when they try to sell.

If you are docked in system C, you will not see my buy order marked green. Should you decide post a buy order with a range of 1 jump, our orders would compete against each other in system B, but not in A and C. I want some sort of visual that shows our orders overlap in system B

  • Suggestion: Add pirate anomalies to FW space.

Suggestion: add 'loot all' button to MTU's

Note: also applicable to the ESS? not used it, so wouldn't know - but save us from the clickfest!

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it [u]WILL[/u] be.

add a little repair icon to ships and items in your inventory if they are damaged (or contain damaged modules). Clicking this icon would automatically open the repair window if the service is available.

used/damaged crystals should display the damage on mouseover.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

I hate the radial menu.
it's always popping up and getting in my way - especially when I'm exploring.. please allow me to toggle disable it.

you expanded the delay? Its in the esc menu.

Suggestion: add optional notifications for calendar events.
Keywords: ui, calendar

It would be good for calendar events to optionally send a notification to all invited participants about the creation and all updates of the event.
This would make it easier to track the events for the lazy or busy ones.

  • Currently, the LP store is one of the few places without a search box and you have to manually scroll through the dozens of entries to find what you are looking for. Change is needed.

  • Suggestion: A setting to adjust the minimum amount on the bounty notification system
  • Keywords: Bounty, UI
  • Note: Currently any bounty payout no matter the amount triggers a notification and mail a player must check. It would be nice to be able to set the minimum payout to trigger the notification to something more substantial depending on each players preference. For example I only wanted to be notified if my share of the bounty is 5 million ISK or more.

  • Suggestion: Change the color of the warp disruptor, scrambler and generator on the icon.
  • Keyword: UI
  • Note: Currently they are all blue or light blue making it difficult to quickly realize what you have. It even becomes more confusing if you have more than one type fit. Change the scramblers to be red and generators to green.

  • Note: Right now every time you open a new chat tab/channel, including private chats, it open in a giant font, with pictures on hte member list and the chat messages

Personally I like to be space efficient in my chat window so I like to have only text and the compact member list and my chat window is relatively small but it works with these settings. When I open a private chat I have to change all these settings every single time or I can only read 1 line of text at a time.

Planetary materials are a player's assets just like anything else, and they should be visible just like anything in a station. It is QUITE annoying that you have to fly out to the system in order to see what's in the CO hangar - and find out that you had in fact plenty of the stuff in your cargo bay stored out there already, it was something else, that was missing, in order to set up a particular production. To avoid that, you have to maintain a separate file/note of the contents of you PI CO's, which is very time-consuming and errorprone.Make it visible and, even more important, searchable, in the Assets window. It really is completely illogical that all that stuff is hidden.
