Unexpected drums and kinda fanfare sound

Okay, so I think I've heard the same sound from EVE before when an SBU or something gets destroyed, it's like 4 or 5 drum beats and a brief chord of .. trumpets I think?

Anyway, 99% sure it's from EVE, didn't have much else open at the time and chrome registered no sound output.

The bit that really confuses me is that I heard it just moments ago when entering the system of Villore, Gallente high sec.

Can anyone point to what this may be?

Remove the Fedos from your ship. They always make a fanfare with trumpets when one of them gets "lucky". I'd clean them out ASAP because they will eat your ship from the inside out.
