Character portrait's pose keeps resetting, and the portrait it'self isn't updating in game, even though EVE Gate portrait is.

As normal another patching day nightmare.

Before this patch i ran three clients with no problems. After this patch i cant get a client to stay connected for more than 10 mins, normally a lot less.

Ive repatched the game, run the repair tool, reinstalled, wiped cache and settings and all to no avail.

Run the trace route and sat and watched it run, and guess what, the server marked ccp goes link dead on me for 2 seconds at a time.

Filed the report and dxdiag in a petition, waiting for someone to reply. I need my eve fix.

All looks nice and loverly, BUT, a few comments that need to be addressed.


Font look terriable, I can hardly read what I am typing in the chat window, that only on a 100%UI. Also cant see readout of numbers of rounds as to small.

Missle effects look wrong when being hit, there is some new affect where you get lines comming out of the ship (star effect or some sorts)

PC CPU jumps by 30% when sitting in station (only spinning ships)

Game is more slugish than it use to be, System CPU is way higher then it us to be.

I dont like new font ,
Fps dropped badly
Wormhole systems (esspecially c3) looks horrible , much brighter than before while ships and structures are much darker
Scanning kinda broken
PI is not sexy anymore , maybe because of new font (this font is realy ugly and doesnt fitt to this game)

I love new warp effect

PI Issue:

Steps:
1) Put more than 10k m³ PI stuff into a customer office.
2) Import to planet
3) Message shows up: Can't import because it would overload your spaceport (something like this)
4) Select and add PI stuff < 10k m³.
5) Import to planet
6) Message shows up: Can't import because it would overload your spaceport (something like this)

Soloution:
You have to switch to another spaceport or close the customer office window.

I had the same when server shut down for the emergency reboot. Asus Xonar STX here. Three hurrays for Asus driver quality - NOT! - but Eve never used to do this before this patch.

I dont know if this has been reported, but when killing planetary customs offices, only the person who gets final blow gets the killmail and damage isnt shown.

As well as this https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=438532 that I've already reported in this thread I have another, relatively minor issue: on fullbody character preview the shaded part of the sunglasses do not render. It's the same on my brother's computer and we both have the same graphics card (radeon 5830) http://i.imgur.com/KgBAF.jpg

I am getting agro timer countdowns in nullsec. The 15 minute timer message in the upper left corner, is what I am referring to. Never used to get those before. I'm not supposed to be flagged in nullsec, far as I know!

Agro seems to be carrying out of wormholes, also. For example, in a wh my friend attacked someone, then both of them hopped out to hisec, where they were able to continue the fight - normally if they jump out into hisec, they can NOT attack eachother because they are in hisec. But now if the fight started in wormhole space, it continues in hisec if you jump out of the wormhole into hisec. What was odd was one person showed the agro timer message on their screen but the other did not.

The "Show Window Identification" isn't working for me as it should - it's checked in my settings, but only the first client launched (all from the same .exe, no separate installs) will have "EVE - name" as window title, the other ones are just "EVE". Unchecking and re-checking the tick box with the client launched adds the correct title, but that probably isn't the way it's supposed to be.

Edit: Sometimes even the first window doesn't get the correct title. Would be great to have that fixed for multi-boxers that use this feature :)

getting smae issue, but with multi installs. some have names some do not, but its not dependant on the install, bug shows randomly and is not client dependant

Global Criminal Countdown does not decrease when mouse is hovered over it. A swaying motion is needed to see the timer refresh and decrease.

Also when i use my tv at recommended resolution i only get a 90% and 100% ui option so my chat windows, local and overview are still pretty massive. I only see about 7 people in local when it spans the full height of my screen

Minor issue, probably related to the window changes:

When my wallet flashes, while I have it already opened, then after I click on the highlighted wallet button, the wallet closes.

Edit: apparantly happens only when I click the highlighted wallet button while having the wallet window already open on top. Still iritating that I can't press the button to end the highlight.

You have broken the science and industry windows blueprint lists, the column headers don't show if you expand any locations and thus you can't sort the BP:s by them, also many columns just don't display any data for any blueprints.

Scanning does work as it was before.
What changed is filtering options. Now you can set your scanning filter to include only types of signatures youre interested in. Problem appears when you use filter that showed only signatures, and it does not include specific type e.g. radar. So when you scan a signature, and signal is <25% everything is fine, but if you go past that 25% and filter knows that its a radar it filters it out.

Simply edit your scan filter[s] and it will be fine.
