Hi.

I was doing lvl 2 missions for Amarr Navy because I noticed that they have 4 lvl 2 agents in Youl, but now that I want to start doing level 3 Missions I noticed that their agents are all over the place, making it really hard to find an alternative mission to run when the agent gives me 2 bad missions in a row ( I'm trying to not completely destroy my Minmatar/Gallante Standings ).

What should I do?

Having access to more agents does make is easier to avoid the missions where you fight faction navy, but just decline them if you get them. If you don't want to decline missions, and don't have any alternative agents close by, you can always do some exploration sites while you wait for the timer.

Declining to many missions is going to give you some trouble, make sure you can keep getting missions from the corp and agent. As long as you are sure you don't drop below the standing requirements, don't be afraid to decline missions, it will only cost corp standing not faction standing.

I know it's a personal decision, but I have abysmal relations with the Gallente and Minmatar from running missions with Caldari and Amarr extensively, and I really don't feel like I'm missing out on anything.

Amarr Navy looks like a bad choice to do missions for since ESS got introduced. Better select a corp that has 5run BPC copies, like Viziam(http://blitzmann.it.cx/lpStore/corporation/1000066/) or Ducia Foundry (http://blitzmann.it.cx/lpStore/corporation/1000069/)

you can get twice as much isk per lp in when cashing out, since Amarr Navy items can get up to 1k/lp and with lp stores that have 5 run bpcs you can get about 2k sometimes more

I feel you. I had to grind up Ishukone standings recently, and the only hi-sec L3 agent they have gave me countless amounts of anti-Galmatar missions. As dex said, you can explore in the meantime, or if not, there's a great deal of other Amarrian corporations to mission for should you feel the need to do that.

Sarum Family, for instance, has three L3 agents in the same constellation (Hoosa, with two of those being in the same station) and has their two L4 agents together in a constellation (Zemont) as well.

I hear that Corps that have Agents in 0.6/0.5 Systems but are 4+ jumps out of Low sec are one of the best, how do I go about finding out which ones meet those criteria?

You can use the agent finder to find out which systems the agents are in, and then use dorlan to see if the system is close to low-sec.
