Anyone have a good rupture/hurricane fit for running complexes in Gallente space?
And I'm a noob to these so what and where are the best complexes?

fleet stabber, and no matter where you are in the universe the best complexes are ded complexes.

Where do DED's spawn and do they appear on scanner or do you have to probe them down? And should I fit on data analyzer/salvage/relic analyzer or just go for like a normal ratting fit?

You have to probe them down, they can spawn more or less anywhere (though I've never seen a ded 4 in a 1.0 system), and presuming you are in highsec, you should bring everything with you and refit for task at a station.

ie I would fly around with a probe launcher, and the midslot modules that boost probing, and then I would refit to suit whatever I found.

Last question

If I bookmark complex locations, then clear it, will one spawn later at that same point?
And I noticed that DotLan maps show what system complexes are in, are those up to date?

no and no.

These days if its static, its not a regular ded complex with regular deadspace (blue) loot.

Been ages since I've been in one, but some of those statics may still be ded rated but they fulfill other purposes (cosmos and the like).
