Repeatedly disconnecting

Hi guys, I am experiencing fairly regular disconnects when playing... Some sessions it happens every 30 minutes or so, other times it's every hour or two, but at some point every time i am online, i WILL get cut off sooner or later.

It's quite annoying because half the time if mining or something equally idle, i don't notice that the connection has dropped immediately... about 4 in 5 times, i get no popup to say the connection has gone. Everything stops responding, then i have to hard quit out of the game because the esc > quit game route does not respond.

Any suggestions?!

p.s. I am playing via a Mac - have heard that this can cause a few issues.

Try checking if anyone has posted the same problem in this forum

If you are on a trial account you won't be able to post in it, but other people may have posted work arounds to a similar problem for you to read.
