faction BCs and SOE ships still have a hull value of 0 on killmails. Now you added a bunch of new "painted" ships having the same issues.

How long should we keep waiting ccp? Bounty payouts, LP payouts and probably insurance payouts all require realistic hull costs on kill reports.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

Hull values for that sort of thing tend to be based on purely mineral values. So they won't be making a huge difference anyway. The painted hulls are also a temp hack patch to trial ship paints and they have indicated they would like a better permanent solution (They indicated they like the 'extra paint rig' slot idea) which will mean they use the actual base hull.

it would make a big difference. A slicer hull has a relistic estimated value on kms. So has a navy omen. A navy harb has a value of 0 - because CCP stopped updating hull costs over a year ago for unknown reasons.

edit: also the resource for a police comet is a comet. A comet has a hull value, a police comet has not.
