Same here. I'd rather see that effort expended on something that adds value to gameplay than replicating something available out of game by beating a square peg into a round hole.

I am not aware of any hisec-only deployables.

Let's pretend there is truth to that statement for a moment ...

I'd still prefer CCP to work on something additional that benefits 25% of the game rather than them wasting their resources on something that is already available to 100% of the game.
