All my accounts are from before Feburary 1st, the day SEPA was forced onto us europeans. I'm paying monthly, re-occurring.

So I wanted to add a skill to the queue of my boosting alt and BOOM, it says the account is disabled. Because I checked the three months plan for some reason AND unchecked the re-occurring payments for some other reason.

I really wonder if they get so many petitions in that category or if they simply don't prioritize it.

Funny that. I had a bunch of money stolen from that account about a year ago & the bank gave me my money back. I guess your bank is bad &/or American.

Not empty quoting this, I had my bank phone me up because someone tried to use my debit card details to pay for stuff in america when Ive never visited or traveled through there. Cue a bunch of cancelled transactions and a new debit card for me.

The interesting thing is that Island is part of the SEP-Area.

So if CCP is offering direct debit (and they are, I just checked). They have to use IBAN (and BIC if the bank is in an other country).

The posters saying that OP should use one of the provided methods are wrong because OP tries to do so.

For Germany there is the additional method of "sofort banking". Maybe OP can find something like this.

I used creditcard for years, but my creditcard company doesnt like me anymore. So the blocked the card.

Right now I'm adding game time with an ATM card using I-net banking software. I add game time every 3 months. I dont think this allows for automatic renewal of subscriptions tho.

The US banking system - I'm using 'system' quite liberally - is notoriously ********. They even still use money orders on a regular basis.

You cannot use debit card from countries that the native money is not pounds, Euro or Dollar.

CCP wont let me buy PLEX with a debit card.
Amazon sells PLEX with a debit card.

Maybe you can get a GTC via 3rd party.

That is strange my ATM card works as a debit card and credit card with a visa logo on it. Even if I use it as a CC it still is automatically withdrawn from my checking.

not every country in the world uses the notoriously stupid credit card system. in germany credit cards are rare and almost every one uses an EC/maestro card that is paired with a checking account. same with a few, but not all european countries
