Hello,

I sent myself a refer a friend invite and made the account. However, I still have not applied the box to the account. Now, if I ran out of membership right now, and after I apply the box to the buddy account... will I get the month and no longer be inactive? (I did select the 30 days instead of plex when I sent the invite)

Please let me know on this matter.

probably not. I'd say use the "hours for PLEX" thing first (it's in account management), THEN activate to get the game time.

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

Yes I'm pretty sure it will add time to your account. There are a number of nuances to observe though. An expired account cannot send a buddy invite (but you can do Hours For PLEX, and then send out a buddy invite). If you do Hours For PLEX, send out a buddy invite, and then PLEX that buddy account it will add the 30 days to your main account. BUT the system doesn't recognize the 30 added days (as a result of successful buddy invite) as fulfilling the requirements of Hours For PLEX. Thus you will no longer have the Hours for PLEX option on that account if you do it that way.

I can't remember if I've brought accounts back from the dead with an outstanding buddy invite, but I believe it'd work. If it doesn't at the very least CCP would fix the mistake (after however many days waiting in petition queue though).
