Long story short...

HS/LS bros crying about Null sec mechanics IE bubbles and what not as well as TiDi?

AFAICT working as intended...

No one ordered you to jump into doril.

No one forced your hand in joining this live event.

You should thank CCP for the content they provided.

Thank you CCP

Ignore the trolls...they just mad...bro.

People aren't made about the PvP.

People are mad about what was supposed to be a live event, and what turned into a huge whelp because the Navies and Concord didn't provide support of any stripe when it was implied that they would be.

People are mad because they were lied to and set up to loose.

I got there, and it was only sad since you could tell the event was balanced with many Faction BS's (dev/NPC's) that was there to 'balance the fight'. The NPC's/devs could of killed what was left without player assistance.

PVP was great, TiDi worked great.

To OP. Please spend hours travelling through high sec in 10% TiDi after resubscribing to EVE for this event only to have ZERO communication with CCP and nothing regarding what someone would consider a Live Event.

This was not an 'op' we weren't going to the kills or the action. We were going for the story. However there was no story. The action and the kills mean nothing. Yes I died, do I care? No ... I expected to die. I am upset at CCP's failures for leading the event NOT the outcome of the event.

Please stop trying to take credit for tears that are not yours.

By un-docking your ship you consent to PVP.

Go troll & necro somewhere else.
Or alternatively learn to read what people actually were complaining about.

Also, Merry Christmas.

Undocking is not consent to PvP, it as an acceptance of the risk. Nothing in this game comes without risk which in my opinion is what sets it apart.

I agree with original poster about the lack of content. This event was supposed to introduce us to a ghost site? I'd say 98% of the empire fleet never even saw it!

I want more live events but they need to be set up in such a way that incoming fleets actually get to see the objective.

I lost a ship and pod and already accepted that outcome before setting out. I was just sad that there was no real story content at the end of it.

Which once again, is irrelevant Ceroth and not what nearly all the complaints were about. The Complaints were about the lack of opportunity to take part in the event, not about dying.

Sorry that was meant to be a reply to the previous post, not the OP.
