repair error and launcher not responding

these are my issues

Launcher.exe has stopped working/not responding

Repair tool for eve
DBRunRecoveryError: (-30974, 'DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery -- PANIC: fatal region error detected; run recovery')

Error here as well. Getting a remote fetch file error or some such when opening launcher.

I don't see other threads on this...did I miss it?

Yeah i got this notification, been having trouble starting the launcher, getting told i can't connect to server.
Cache flush and disk cleanup fixed it, or maybe coincidence?

i didnt buy the CD i had been on here before the CD was made for the game so yea im kinda stuck

I had this too after eve patched yesterday, I ran repair tool and it did its thing but opening launcher or exefile afterwards just opened an unresponsive launcher.

Restarting the pc fixed it.

I dont have the CD because i had played this long before they had the CD out.
