i have installed the latest phpbb 3.0.12 with the latest 6-0-3 Version

the Problem is i cant get any eve authentication up and running

i got by alwas the Connect() 0 timed out error .

can anyone help me or know this Problem ?

So I'm hitting a configuration problem: Two of my groups aren't showing up in the corp configuration screen. What appears to be the problem is the group ID- 4 and 5. The rest of the group IDs on the forum are 800+, but these two are carryovers from old phpbb versions. Is there something I can edit someplace to make it show all groups? I have to imagine its filtering somehow based on the newer numbering range.

I'd rather not have to go through all the forums and set a new group if I can help it, its a lot of permissions to check.

Is there a setting or is there some code that can be changed to make it not accept API keys that are higher than the required API mask?

why forum not create corp ticker in teamspeak, like this "[FEH] - Pechept"

You have to configure the TeamSpeak group that it's assigning to include that ticker. If manually assigning people the group on TeamSpeak doesn't add it, the forum won't be able to.

eveapi_cron.php white paging

Hey there,

So system is working great, but then I went to run the eveapi_cron.php as I noticed the system is not propagating new users to the groups, and I am getting a white page when it worked before a few weeks ago.

Latest Versions of all installed, nothing had been installed or changed since it last worked, has anyone else been having this issue?

Ok so this issue I am not sure whats going on at this point.

I am hosting on the latest distro of Ubuntu Server (temporary until new server with CentOS is up).

I can manually execute the eveapi_cron.php by loading it through a browser.
If I try and cron task it on the server through something like webmin, crontab, or /etc/cron.hourly, I receive the following errors:

Have you tried calling it through curl? Run the hp file through curl via crontab and you should be good to go. I also had issues in Windows calling the file directly from PHP, but it runs fine under Curl.

As for Pechept's question. It's under server group permissions. i_group_show_name_in_tree

Hereby I'm releasing version 6.3.1

  • Fully integrated OpenFire support! Can be used on EVE entities, as well as groups. Uses the self-built PHP OpenFire UserService class.
  • Forum should now properly ask to be set as trusted again when using the ingame browser.
  • AccessMasks should now properly be verified if AccessMask is set higher than default.
  • Made the api key link from eveapi_update.php page listen to the AccessMask set in the ACP.
  • Updated the database to Rubicon 1.1.

Default installation/upgrade instruction apply.

Let me know if you come across any other issues.

Is there a way to add Virtual Server ID to the TS3 intergration or am I missing something?
I keep getting Error code: 110 - Error message: Connection timed out when running eveapi_check.php with all the settings being correct (Serverquery username and all that)

Ran in to a bbcode error when I updated. No errors during update, any errors that were thrown I fixed (such as already having some of the lines it searched for replaced with the updated code). Board came online, no errors, but couldn't open threads. Turning display_errors on exposed this issue:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare bbcode::bbcode_second_pass_eveitem() in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\forums.heiian.com\htdocs\includes\bbcode.php on line 902

Commenting out eveitem just makes it move to the next in the list, like evesystem. Is there something regarding bbcodes I need to do before doing this? It appears that it has duplicate information, I'm guessing the replace code found what it wanted and added a second set of these bbcodes in. I'm not sure which to remove. Making a backup of the file for now and editing what I can.

EDIT: Found that the lines of code for the 3 bbcodes, eveitem, evesystem and evefit were identical, so removing the duplicates immediately fixed the issue.

EDIT 2: Had to roll back a snapshot on the server. There were additional duplicates in various locations causing problems. Need more sleep before I tackle this.

I have a question:

What sort of API KEY i need for "standing" in module and accesmask ?

(Character's keyID (Corporation level) - Character's vCode (Corporation level) )

I test with a full api key of my director and cron say :

EVE API Key error: 106 -> Must provide userID or keyID parameter for authentication.
Wrong accessMask

Thanks for the latest update. Before I attempt it, how easy/difficult is it to get OpenFire integration up and running?

Managed to install the forum update just fine, but ran into issues with getting OpenFire to work. Is there any chance of a simple write-up to help us newbs get Jabber integration to work with OpenFire?

Edit: I forgot to mention that I am running this on a Windows 2008 machine. Any help getting the configuration file/OpenFire server to work on Windows is greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to use this mod without the whole API verification part and rather just for use with TS3, PHPBB and the Jabber integration?
