Yup Avast Web Agent doesn't like the last version of the updater.
Wasn't happening before What?

OK thanks for these reports.

My thinking is that Avast changed some logic that you didn't notice until the updater actually did something. I haven't updated that program in probably a year. This is why the last update I made came up now.

Reading up on what that error is about, I think what it sees is that you just downloaded a program, which then makes web requests for more programs. Generally, it probably thinks...well this is malware behavior but since Updater.exe is not in their database of known malware, it throws a general error to alert you.

I just ran a virus scan on my files again (I do this regularly anyway) and nothing found.

So I'll see if I can send some details to Avast maybe? I don't know how that works but for now I think you are fine just adding an exception to the file for now. Of course, you can always download the code from sourceforge if you think I'm doing something funky. You can also see my really bad coding Shocked

Other than that perhaps I can change the updater somehow, since I know other programs can run updates like this, but I'd have to dig into that to see what else to do.

Quick question about BP management.

Let's say on January 1st I scanned my corp assets and found 100 BPs (originals and copies, T1 and T2).
I spend some time to enter all the correct ME and PE manually... All works great.

In the next month I spend a lot of effort manufacturing stuff, inventing new T2 BP's, copying BPOs and maybe buy a few more as well. Now, I want to update IPH with the latest BPs on January 31st. What is the best way?

When I scan my corp assets again, it will pickup all existing and new BPs. But when I use "update options" again, it will overwrite the existing ME and PE values of the BPs that existed already on January 1st with ME0 and PE0. How can I remove the BPs that are exhausted and add only the BPs that didn't exist before without losing the information added on January 1st?

I always seem to end up manually editing all my BPs again and again. Am I missing something?

Thanks for clarifying Zifrian :) I will obviously add an exception to Avast.
Maybe add a heads up in the Original Post in case people start to flood the topic about that ?

Love this program but having an issue. Since the last patch things have been screwey, ME lvl's not working correctly and such, then a new patch came out which I hope fixed that, but when I go to install it I get an EVEIPH Updater Error "There was an error in the update. Program not updated. Cannot copy item price cache". After this it goes back to do you want to update the program...

Fixed, manually installed updates and seems to have worked that way.

Would it be possible to have a save csv file option on the shopping list rather than having to copy it then paste it and save it?

Is there not a way to import BPOs from a corporation into the program or am I totally overlooking it? Or do I have to really go through and manually enter them all in? I feel like if it is possible, it's staring at me dead in the face.

Dear lord, please help me deal with the insufferable....

Have a corp key put in.

Edit dropdown menu > manage blueprints

Scan Corp Assets button

Hello.
Sorry for bad English.
Could you make a small function in the program, namely the ability to copy information from the fields "Total Component Costs" and "Total Raw Mat Costs" to the clipboard?

When using the Invention tool, it only copies the ME/PE over to the blueprint, but not the number of runs.
Is there a reason this doesn't happen automatically?

Awesome tool! However, I have one problem maybe someone could help me with.

Is there a way to use my the list of blueprints I entered on one character also on all of my other characters?

Bug report

Application settings
- default copy time modifier
- default invention time modifier
- default build time modifier

You set these, and make a save. The settings saving only temporary.

After restart the program, the values reset to default value 1.0.
