(suggestion) Long distance instajump in exchange for i$k

So...travelling for 20 jumps in my cruiser got me thinking about a "redesign"...I'd love to avoid that someday...how about setting up an instajump service for ingame cash, let's say restricted to non-flagged (suspect/criminal/limited engagement) docked up people flying t1 ships below BC level, and only between systems with the same security status...(to let the gatecampers live on)...and restricted to minimal 10 jumps at a time, and let's say minimal an hour or so delay between those instajumps? The visuals I'm flying past are awesome, but the boredom and anticipation effect from the journey lingers...

So.. you want to circumnavigate the danger of being shot while flying for place to place, by throwing money at it.... Yeah no, I doubt anyone will go along with this. On the other hand, if they made it so highsec POSes could use jump bridges, we might have something. It could fuel a bit of corp wars for people trying to hold moons in good spots for their jump bridges.


Also this effect is basically the same as jump clones which you're already allowed to have a few of, with a 24 hr delay.
The only difference if your moving a ship around with this. Yes it could perhaps be a new form of isk sink, but at the cost of risk in moving around HS.

Sorry, no. You are content. Not a failed jedi mind trick, I mean you are game content for everyone. Flying out in space is risky, you'd just be paying isk to interact less, and take content from the game. Your boredom is also part of that content, in case you got jumped by gatecampers.

gatecamps...no. suggested restriction to same sec level only, so no typical gatecamps could be passed with this one...granted, camps on low-low gates would be out of the game, but I scarcely met that kind of thing. add a wardec ban on the instajump, and you're short of another argument against it, wartarget camps anywhere...:) OK, I'm a noob with a painful attitude toward less pleasurable activities, but I'm a member of the lot as well, nonetheless...sorry for being the pain :)

ok, add the insta shipmove to the JC thing, and I'll be happy with that :)

Because you shouldn't even need to undock to move a freighterload of goods from Jita to nullsec, right?

generally anything that adds time and effort to an activity in eve, adds value to that activity. It also separates hardworking skilled ppl from lazy idiots. these are both good things. Trading in particular could be devalued by instant travel, even with a cost associated with it.

on ur travels u should be exposed to other players. They may want to spy on u and track ur movements and/or habits. they may also want to attack u. this is the nature of eve.

OP....

long jumps. BC and below, make and leave jc in station(s) with the ship(s) you see them using. This is how you remove the boredom of long jump's.


Since you want to spend isk for this well then you also have the option of blood cloning in game already. Move med clone, self destruct pod, wake up and upgrade your clone. There ya go....10-20 jumps easy and you paid isk to do it (isk for clone update, isk for implants lost). It works. I once blood cloned around delve, fountain and pure blind all in one night for some ops.
Plot this in map feature. Its just a bit more than 20 jumps lol

Your war dec half assed idea....eve u seems to not have taught you a trick. Haulers that run in empire are in neut corps, if not npc corps. WT'ed ships and trade hubs are bad, mmmkay.

For the same reason black ops and regular cynos will not happen in high sec, so too, this will not.

Cloaking is the closest thing to a "Pause Game" button one can get while in space.
