Can anybody confirm that the battle of B-R Monument is already up? I have no issue risking a ship for a chance to go see it, but I do however want to atleast go there once it is up, than people can blow me up if they see me :)

I will probably come out there in a week once the dist has fully settled, clean clone and a rookie ship, If i get podded oh well, I gotta see this monument.
