Allow neutral stations in FW space?

There's a Jove station right in the middle of Amarr-Minmatar FW space that only lets the system owners dock in it. Realise why from a mechanics sense but in every other way its just confusing.

Wouldn't it be cool to open up such stations (ie. owned by non-FW factions) to everyone, maybe encourage a little lowsec hub to get going down there?

Just imagine the fights, the tears, the profits to be had. Meh, just a thought Smile

It just leads to undock games forever. Or people permanently basing out of systems the enemy owns.
