Sanctuary LP requires running missions in nullsec.

I was under the impression that the LP was for SoE, not the sub corps.

So, it was able to be used at any.

If there's any confusion, its because the acronym "SoE" is often used to refer both to the faction and to the member corp. The faction is Servant Sisters of Eve, and the member corp is Sisters of Eve. However LP as always been corp-specific, its simply that many factions have similar LP stores. This is pretty clearly demonstrated through the LP tab of the journal. For example, I have LP from 12 different member corps of the Gallente Federation, all in their own LP pools.

Yeah the LP I believe is treated as faction not corp LP.

100%. SOE LP works exactly the same as every other kind of LP. Corp specifc LP, with corp specific LP offers. Sanctuary LP can only be obtained by running nullsec missions, furthermore it can only be redeemed at x-7omu The Sanctuary School, which offers SOE ships at lower LP prices than at Sisters of Eve stations. The price is lower because you have to run the missions there, not because flying to x-7omu and back is hard or anything (its literally a 9 jump round trip from hisec).

Plus, I'm ship spinning in the sanctuary station this very moment.

I have LP for both, recorded separately in the journal just like anything else. Of course I haven't actually tried to use Sisters of EVE LP at The Sanctuary, because I know how LP works. There's also no interface or right click option for it. I can't possibly be any clearer on this than I already have been, so I can only suggest you fly a ceptor out here yourself, run a few level 1's for each of the three member corps out here, and then you can arrive at your own conclusions.

Shouldn't have to. As has been stated, all LP is tied to corporations, not factions. Try it. Gather navy LP and try to use it in a manufacturing corp's store. It doesn't work.

You can only use Sanctuary loyalty point to buy items at the price their corporation is offering, you can't use SOE loyalty points or convert concord loyalty points at their station.

Words of advice, if you want to test something like this, you can always use the test server.

I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.

I don't think you was ever able to do it on TQ, it was possible in early test on SISI but got disabled pre-launch. I couldn't see any fix for it in the patch notes, probably nothing more then rumors.

Yeah I heard that people cashed in before it was adjusted too. Thought it was only the exchange rate was effected though.
