We're not understaffed at weekends, and your post was at 11:18. Downtime is 11:00-11:30, although we do try to be up sooner. Blink

Granted, we ran over today, but that was because CCP Explorer was punching the node that Jita runs on in the face repeatedly for being late back from lunch break.
