PvP targets that require an industrial ship to take down.

This would mean that the attacking fleet would have to defend the Indy while it does its job ie shutting down a pos or disrupting a warp bubble..

Yes I was thinking of that, I was thinking that NPC security would be a lot more expensive. It's a tradeoff, assurance/convenience for more money.

I know it would take longer than a few lines of code but it wouldn't change game play and would make the game a lot more immersive:

Use one of the existing timers I'm sure exist for age of a ship. As each ship ages (and is rigged?) change its appearance. Make it look older, grimier, more dinged up. A new Venture should look bright and shiney but after mining in it a hundred times it should look tired.

Ability to turn brackets on for only specific ships
Ex: Dreads only, leaving brackets off for everything else (friendly or otherwise)

Sunglasses for those pesky stars while scanning late at night. They litterally hurt if you've had a long day and you have to d-scan stuff.

Not necessarily sunglasses ofc, but something to make them less bright, maybe a nice decorator?

Increase NPC corp taxes to 50-60% so players are disincentivized from hiding out in them forever.

Put wardec fees in a pot that are paid out to the defending corp based on ship/values of the aggressor they kill, so they are incentivized to fight.

Players leaving/switching a corporation that is under war dec go into one week stasis before they can leave corp (or amount of days remaining on dec if lower than one week)

Issue a popup to everyone who is docked every 15 minutes of mouse movement inactivity, asking 'Stay Docked? Y/N'. Not responding results in being auto undocked (or being logged off)

Issue a popup to everyone who is cloaked every 15 minutes of mouse movement inactivity, asking 'Stay Cloaked? Y/N'. Not responding results in ship cloak module de-activating (or being logged off)

Fix the bug recently appearing that sometimes stops pre-activated modules (points, webs, scram) from firing at the end of a target lock sequence.

Put my alliance logo on the side of my ships.

Put one small skull on the side of my ship for every other player ship destroyed. Convert small skulls to large skull & crossbones for every 10 kills. Convert skull & crossbones to a bio-hazard symbol for every 100 skull & crossbones. Kill flags are cleared with the loss of the hull.

That is all...

Honestly. Do it right, CCP. Allow us to store as many fits as we want (individual, corp, alliance, whatever...), and then give us a checkbox to select which ones we would like to upload to the server to count towards our limit of [whatever]. The rest can be stored locally on our own machines.

Would like for it to contain speed / angular info of targeted object.

It could be represented by two thin / transparent outer circles that change colors for low high speed and low high angular.

it would free up overview tab for more goodies.

Mechanics:
Drones focus fire doesnt work for years.
Gate jump effect.
Jump command does not work 50% of the time, ship stuck on gate with approaching.
Action buttons are active while not able to be used should be disabled (align, orbit, keep at range)
Random right click menus (ex group with stacked drones has different menu than group with unstacked drones)
Static right click menu, with disabled actions (ex warp to while in warp should be present and disabled)
Again gate jump effect optional.
Lock action should work without spamming it! Keep trying to lock the target even if
invulnerable/cloaking/out of range/etc until it becomes possible or cancel it when not present anymore.

Gameplay:
More strategy less farming.

Walk into the club like "What up? I got a big cockpit!"

I really want the ability to create a favorites list for industrial activity.

Currently, when selecting a station/POS array to run an S&I job, I have the option to look within the station, system, current BP location, Constellation, and/or Region. When I'm 10 systems out (but still in region), selecting the region option gives me a gajillion possible stations to pick from. If my corp has multiple research POS's in system, and I'm looking for a specific POS Lab out of many to install an S&I job, it is also tedious to find the specific lab I want to use.

Allow us to click on any station and/or POS lab/array and store it to a favorites list, and then add the favorites list as an option to search through when selecting our S&I installation facility.

Make a default background color on the overview for neutrals and toons with no standings, so completely new players who don't know how to fix their overview can see who is around them easily. Noobs should have to keep their eyes open for cats in belts. They shouldn't have to also slay the interface to have an easier time of it.

Salvage drones should not fly around wrecks @5000ms, they should take hold and nibble off the salvage parts..

How about a timer that tells you how long it takes to reload your modules. could be as simple as reusing the cycle timer! (for repairs too pls!)

Remove transparency from eve - keep the sandbox. That way new players can see (visualize or actual graphic icons) ahead of time what it is going to take to build careers, and what the alternatives would be (advantages/disadvantages) - maybe there is a fast track to a certain goal (but maybe you suck once you achieve that goal, but that's ok because it gets you by until your alt catches up to you with the rest of the skills that will make that goal successful, with the alts cooperation. Sort of like the ISIS being used now.

And similarly:

Add a cycle timer for bomb launchers. Every other weapon system has one, whey don't they? (Probably something to do with the long duration being a problem across session changes, huh? Maybe not such a little change after all.)
