How big entities can easily control vast areas of eve?
By creating one big alliance for all corporations while holding all power in the small holding corp controlled by few alts.

I think if CCP will go 1 step more we can solve this issue.

Lets change game mechanic a bit:

- all bounty payouts in the sov nullsec is reduced to 50% if no ESS is deployed
- If ESS is deployed missing 50% of bounty is transferred to ESS cache
- ESS have 2 options "Take for self" - in tags , "Transfer to TCU holding Corp" - in isk

What this will change?
Renters will have to have control over a system TCU , unless they will be 50% taxed - and no one will like this idea.
Holding big areas of space by sov holding corp will be hard as hell - image yourself the amount of drama and workload needed to calculate each player part.
What about isk stolen by raiding parties - that sov holding corp will never see?

Most of you will probably say that this is to big change.
But right now renting empires are not systems or constellations , but whole regions.

If we are talking about current nullsec income - 2b/h on 4 accounts from bounty and wrecks can be achievable and after the change isk obtained by this 4 accounts will be down to 1.5bil/h

That was a really obvious troll tbh.
