Player Features and Ideas Discussion

I recently had to wait about six days for a petition to be returned after it was filed. While I understand it can take time to get through the system, I was thinking that perhaps a queue system should be implemented that shows up somewhere in the petition to show players where in line they are to having their petition answered. I'm assuming there is already a tier based system based on the severity of the petition in question, possibly have the queue tied to that specific tier to at least give a hint of how close to getting answer the player is. Thoughts?
