Good about it:
1. Once you finished your alt character's training you don't have to maintain it with other PLEXes to log in.

Bad about it:
1. Less money for CCP via PLEX sells ?
a, Player buy less PLEX in game. This escalate to lower PLEX prizes. What is defenitly escalate to losing some people who buying PLEX for real money to sell it on the marketplace.

How do you make sure that your alt on the same account does not log in from australia while your main logs in from north america? (a.k.a. Accountsharing)

Since I'm not a programer I can't be sure of that. But I belive programers can make something for it to monitor and block acc. share.

Can be done sure, the issue for CCP would be how much work is required vs what it problem does it solve.

For Example:

2 accounts with 2 characters each, 1 login per account, multiple training means for CCP:

2x credit card payments per month.
2x PLEX per month.

1 account with 4 characters with 4 logins all training would mean for CCP:

1x credit card payment per month.
3 PLEX per month.

Seeing as a PLEX is more expensive there would be some incentive for SSP to go about it in this way, unless the hiked price is a premium to allow vendors a cut selling those PLEX. Where the monetary incentive to change from the current situation to the all in one account situation would not get CCP:

a) more players.
b) more money.

What it would do for players is make running 4 characters on 4 accounts less expensive than on one account. So thinking this through to 'herd' players to one account in stead of 2 or 4 CCP would have to change payment options to allow multiple character training with credit cards in stead of only PLEX. This would change the nature of available/required PLEX ingame and the partner ecosystem they have running right now.

I don't see the upside to dedicate a Team to do this right now unless the problem is simple to fix, something i nor you can estimate sadly because we do not work for CCP.

PS: If they hold to PLEX only i will not be merging my accounts for the privilege of paying more for the same service.

Title's a little misleading. Thought you meant multiboxing one character like running your clone and a jump clone at once with like a limited time frame of use and no skill training during and a no training cool down cause you have 2 or more clones active at once. Would add a few more skills to the infomorph psychology subsection.

So once your combat pilot is skilled you could have 4 or him in maxed out cruisers instead of one. Use PLEX for this service and get 24-48 hours of multiboxing per PLEX.

What this does is balance out multiboxing for new players who only have 1 skilled account, or one high skilled account and gives them a chance to try multiboxing before committing to multiple accounts.

The no skill training means that all simultaneous memories are essentially deleted after the multiboxing is done.

To make sure no one is account sharing just make sure they all login from the same IP.

If you are talking about allowing multiple logins when duel training is active, then YES, I am 100% behind that!! I have said from the moment dual training came out that it should allow duel logins as well. They would probably limit it to a single computer to prevent account sharing, but still, that would be great a great buff for duel training.

However, if you are simply talking about allowing a standard use who has not paid for dual training to have multiple toons logged in at the same time, no, I do not support that. It makes it too easy for someone to have a free combat support character. Train up basic T1 logi skills on a toon, and use it for free for the rest of your Eve life. There are tons of those examples why it would be too powerful, Orca support is another example.

I think it is pretty cut and dry. A PLEX (or month of paid service) allows for one character training and one character login.
