No RSVP required. Simply show up. We're generally in the party room which can accomodate up to 50 people. The best we've ever done is 23 people. Space will not be an issue.

Every Month.
The worst meetup had 3 people. The best had 23. And they've run the full range in between. There's no way to know until the event is happening.
No, the only connection is that everyone is in the Metro-Vancouver area.

Just had another monthly event. They're every month. EVERY single month.

I sometimes forget to update the date, as I have recently. Just updated it now, though.

Next event is July 15, all other details are the same!

I am truly, genuinely horrified that the first I ever hear of a CCP dev being in my Vancouver for more than the morning is while I'm on a trip to Japan. HORRIFIED. ;_;
