Calibration rebalancing for purpose built ships. T2 Ships deserve T2 Rigs!

Dear Magic People Beyond the Universe,

I am an avid explorer. I love the deep reaches of space, and the bounty they provide. My usual choice for doing this is my Anathema. I love that ship. It is of nice design. The quarters a bit small, and the smell of Minmatarr slaves lingers in the kitchen. The worst of the ship however, is the space provided to Rig my ship. A ship of this calibre certainly deserves enough space to use two modifications that fit the design. As this is a second tier ship, it seems only right that it should be allowed two of the rigs meant for it, i.e. Small Emission Scope Sharpener II or Small Gravity Capacitor Upgrade II. What is worse, is that the new Sisters of EVE cruiser, the Stratios, is not even able to well rig itself for its purpose either! With a modification capacity of 350, I am unable to even utilize all 3 spaces if I put 2 of the tech 1 versions!

Rigs do need some work ... alot of them are just not good enough or use up too much calibration too be useful much like exploration rigs

T3's need to be versatile so no rigs are necessary ... they should not have OP dps and tank

ABC's should be T2, remove drone assist, separate HAM's and Torps range, -3 HS for droneboats
