Blueprint Pricing/character recustomization

Blueprint pricing: I have picked up some bpcs and am unsure about how to price them in a contract. When I look at other bluprints for sale I see prices ranging from 70K to 5 mil for the same BPC. For exampel I currently have a target spectrum breaker BPC with ten runs remaining and the current prices in cotracts ranges from 10 mil to 10K (yes I have excluded multiple items). How do I go about pricing BPC's, what factors should I consider when pricing these?

Character appearance change: I am committed to my current toons but find I am unhappy with their appearances, any way I can 'reroll' their looks?

Any thoughts much appreciated.

BPC:

1. Look up the price of the item on the market (as you ahve a 10 run, multiply that price by 10).
2. Look up how much the production costs are for 1 item (again, multiply by 10 as you have a 10 run BPC).
3. Look how much approximate production slot costs are.

Now: 1-(2+3)=production profit of your blueprint.

Add a slight bit on that for your own profit, and you should find out what are reasonable price is on your end (this doesn't mean people will be willing to pay that for the blueprint).

Character Appearance:

If it's just clothing / tattoos / haircut you want to change, you can do that for free from the Re-customize button while docked.

If it's the whole package...you can activate the option from the account management page but it will cost 1 (or was it 2) PLEX.

Target Spectrum Breaker is a module that pretty much nobody uses. I suspect the BPC isn't in demand either.

Check the trade volume on the finished items, preferably in a major trade hub like Jita. Then check the number of units in sell orders vs. buy orders. Items that don't move tend to sell to buy orders at slightly below material cost, example: smartbombs, for reprocessing because demand is so low.

As a ballpark for what you should hope to make on a blueprint:

- Low skill requirement, low capital requirement (e.g. tech 2 small/med ammo): 100-125k ISK per slot per hour.
- Low skill, high capital requirement (e.g. battlecruisers): 150-200k ISK per slot per hour.
- High skill, low capital requirement (e.g. assault frigates): 150-200k ISK per slot per hour.
- High skill, high capital requirement (e.g. Heavy Interdictors): 200-300k ISK per slot per hour.

Sometimes, short term market forces will make specific items massively more profitable than this - for instance, in the early days of the current nullsec war, Goonswarm Federation were willing to pay so much for Oneiros hulls that I was making 2500-3000k ISK per slot per hour on them. These conditions never last, but at these times, a stockpile of blueprint copies can be worth a lot.
