depends on the topic

bugged missions, stuck characters, exploits and new player questions are done quickly

gameplay questions, reimbursement requests and tech support can take longer

three days is not unusual

my problem with support tickets is that you don't get any in-game notification when there's been a response.

Actually you get one. When you log in or when it happens, a textbox on screen pops up that you have "just received a response to your petition" and the ?-icon starts blinking.

Reply from petitions is a micro transaction, you prolly forgot to include the PLEX with the petition. Which is why it's taking so long!

Close that petition and re-open a new one, this time include a PLEX...
