Question on leaving corp.

I have searched but found conflicting info.

If I am the leader of a corp and I resign to create another corp, am I out immediately and can create a new one immediately or is there a waiting period?

Some say yes, no, 24hrs......need to know for sure.

Also if I am the only one left and resign does the corp name disappear as in, can I use the ticker name again?

You dont need to wait 24 hours anymore.

The corp name shows as closed, but you can open another with the same name.

What about using the ticker name again for a different named corp?

As long as the ticker is no longer in use you're ok to re-use it.

If you had any sort of roles (director, etc) then you will get the 24 hours cool down. If you had no roles you leave the CEO position immediately when you choose to give it to someone else. Roles and resigning as CEO are two wholly separate issues.
