Ccp's plans for eve?

I am Intrested in finding out why ccp is insisting on this whole slow painful death to the biggest attractive part of eve? The sandbox effect is what makes eve a great game to play, and yet CCP seams hell bent on killing that and going to a purly pvp game. Every patch for the last year and a half every patch has put a bigger and bigger target on the industrialist back. With rubicon they are now taking ratting away from the players as well.

cCP says they are balancing the game play, but making interceptors all but unbeatable, they have killed anyone who dosent care to pvp abilities to earn isk in the game. Roving gangs of cheap little overpowered ships are going to kill everything but pvp in eve.
Is ccp really so blind as to think that making 1 class of ship so powerful that it kills everything in the game is also asking for the death of eve itself?

And before all you pvpers out there go off, this is a serious question for the developers. I ( as a primaraly Indy player ) would like to know if I need to find another game. I played eve exclusively for the last 3 years because of the Indy side of the game. if ccp were would just lay it out us Indy players could just find another game and leve all you pvpers to line the ccp coffers.

So new players don't have the right to know that ccp is killine the reason they are tring the game? Would have been information I would have liked to know as a new player

So you lost your JC while trying to fly it under a war dec, you should learn to play the game before you pass a judgement such as your rant. AFAIK, the circumstances under which you lost your ship have been around much longer than a year and a half.Roll

Also, why is this in the new citizens section? GD would have been much more entertaining.

Also, i'm not sure you understand what a sandbox is....

You are right. The mechanics to log in undock warp to a gate jump through and catch a freighter before it went to warp were always in the game. If you are that ignorant then why did ccp have to change the ship warp dynamics?

And the reason I posted this in the new player area is to allow new players the oppertunity to disregard what ccp is obviously making useless skills in the Indy side of the training. New players should know that eve is moving more and more to a space based version of WoW. And they have the right to know that the game they are paying for is changing .

Suck it up and get on with enjoying the game. With every update comes things that someone doesn't like. If you're finding eve is moving in a direction you dislike and that completely ruins your fun then play something else?

Otherwise if you want to have input on it's direction and make suggestions then go do so in places like GD or features. Ranting in the newbie Q&A will get you know where.

This thread is not only in the wrong area but your viewpoints are just totally wrong IMO. It's obvious you're upset about something and that venting that is the primary reason why you posted this.
