Why is it that we can only discuss things that don't upset anyone?

Whether they be fact or fiction?

Perhaps they should change the title to, "Eve Generally Limited Discussion".

As proven by the front page, we can discuss upsetting things just fine.
You just have to have some kind of actual topic rather than pure hallucinations.

Ive seen your topics and they were not upsetting anyone, they were just baseless unconstructive troll threads [like this one]

We could have people posting topics like *Mushrooms ate my door!* but it would just clutter up the forum and push worthwhile threads back [like your useless threads do].

Because it's EVE General Discussion.

So it's a forum to discuss general questions or issues about EVE.

The Internet is full of other forums more suitable for other discussions.

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.

If people stopped making terrible threads then we wouldn't have to lock them.

If you have an issue how moderation is being handled, or have comments or questions regarding it, please feel free to file a support ticket under the correct category.

Discussing moderation on the forums is against the rules.
