Visual cue when module reactivation is allowed

After activating MJD, in order to know when I can use it again I need to either :-

1) Set a stopwatch
2) Click on the module by trial and error and get the time left from the error.

My suggestion is to provide a visual hint or timer to show when it available again on a glance.

Possible way :-
1 ) Make the module button glow red ( same as after module is disabled ) until it enable again
2 ) Or better, have different colored circling outline ( same asthe moving arc around the button showing the module cycle ) while it disabled. This is better because can give estimation time on when it is available again.


And option no 2 could be use during reloading too.
