You could look into pvp specializations. Things like logi, ewar, heavy interdictors. They are all quite useful but take a while to train for, so it's nice to do it in parallel with your main account.

Ewar (electronic warfare) consist of ships that are specialized in messing up the enemy's DPS through a variety of means, including

Jamming (Caldari) - Enemies cannot lock targets
Tracking Disruption (Amarr) - Lowers enemy's optimal range or tracking speed
Sensor Damping (Gallente) - Lowers enemy's locking range or locking speed
Target Painting (Minmatar) - Increases enemy's signature radius to make them easier to hit

Heavy interdictors specialize in making sure no one leaves the field by putting up large warp-jamming bubbles.

Rule about accounts...if you dont know what to use them for...you dont need them.

So...you have a 2nd account that you are not using and now want a useless 3rd account.

Go play with 1 account and when you know what you need a 2nd account for...THEN open a 2nd account.

Judging by how little you know I really suggest to keep it with one character and first learn the basics of the game.

My three accounts are broken down like this:

Main: Caldari/Minmatar | Missle/Projectile | Shield/Armor | other 2 slots are cyno alts
Main: Amarr/Gallente | Lasers/Hybrids | Armor/Shield | other 2 slots are cyno alts
Alt: Miner/Hauler/Leadership/Logistics | other 2 slots are planetary interaction/cyno alts

Each main flies every ship for that race except logistics which my alt flies all 4 races. Its worked out decently in the long run as no matter where I go or what I do I can fly pretty much everything so I don't get left out of fleets.

My friend has 5 accounts and they are always training the same thing all the time. He uses ISBoxer and his training went something like this: 5 stealth bombers > 5 tengus > 5 ishtars > 5 rattlesnakes > 5 carriers (still working on the carriers).

So that's the 2 ways I know of to use multiple accounts for non mining/production related activities. Either train them all the same and multibox or specialize each account to a role don't really multibox. I use my alt quite a bit while using one of my mains but usually my alt is just offgrid boosting or moving things around mindlessly while I pew pew something.

Hope this helps!

Not today spaghetti.

Biomass refers to deleting a character. There really is no reason to, unless you don't like their name. Having extra skillpoints doesn't hurt anything. It just makes your clone slightly more expensive.

And cyno alts (a very short train) are able to light cynosural fields, which capital ships can lock on and jump to. They are used to move large ships around in low and null sec.

If you don't know what to do with an alt, you don't need it.

My alts were created when I had a need for them, and their skillsets grew as a natural extension of skills they already had.

Things all my alts can do (exception are cyno-only alts with less than 900,000 SP):
* Industrial & Freighter pilot (all races).
* Logistics pilot (all Basilsk, most Guardian, few others).
* Cyno ship pilot.
* Research & manufacturing.
* Planetary Interaction.
* Starbase defense operator.
