Looking to get a new character.

The following are things I'd be interested in on an account
Covert Ops/Black ops. +
Excellence Dps & Tanking skills+
If stealth bomber I'd prefer excellent missile skills
Interdictors, Heavy Interdictors.

Unallocated SP ++
T2 Gallente HAC ships with Sentries.
I'd prefer no two week long auctions if you do have a character available.
