MORE Compare tool functionality

You made it possible to save and share fleet settings. Now i want the same for Compare tool!

Why?
It's handy to have a list of personally customised tables for quick reference.

For example if I want to know which Projectile to fit on my Stabber:

That took me several minutes (I was in Jita and my computer is made of sponge cake it seems).
While sharing gyazo links is all very well, the interactivity is where the compare tool shines.

This is an awesome tool to teach newbies how to get their heads around the incredible complexity of EVE, improving the new player experience etc. etc.

So let's polish it up!

Also add drag functionality for link in chat, so I can drag people's suggestions to my current selection and see how they shape up.
