We all know there are never lack of violence in this universe. Like those high sec ganker.

I love gankers actually. Because they increase the whole need of goods. That's partly the strength of our market. And I think CCP want to improve this kind of strength by open high sec POCOs. This's ... ... somehow , good for high sec. For the reason I have said right before. In such a long time CCP want to drive player from high sec to 0.0 and low sec, like cut high sec mission rewards, reduse high sec ore reserves, and so on. In the other hand, high security level has no good effect on your character but low security level is somehow " totally no harm" .Today, they give gankers another good way of playing this game : set up high tax rate POCOs.

But, i don't understand why CCP design the skill: " Customs Code Expertise" which only affect on NPC customs office. The total number of NPC Customs office is limited and can never increase but easily die out one day. Why we need such a skill that someday it will have nothing useful anymore anyhow. Only in today, most of the NPC customs office near market center like Jita and Dodixie has changed to POCOs. And the number of NPC customs office will continuing decrease in the future.

I just want to know if someday all of the NPC custom office die out. What will CCP want to say to this skill.

Trust me, its not a fancy , its not so hard to achieve. We all know there are never lack of violence in this universe. Destroying something no guard, no harm just like those new players and Industry ship is just a simple one-shoot.

Our high sec is dying. Maybe , in next update, NPC station will be the next victim of CCP's strategies.

Because in HS the tax is NPC tax + Owner tax. Maybe read patch notes next time...

  • Player Owned Customs Offices in Hi-Sec will have an NPC tax rate of 10% for export, 5% for import.
  • New Skill: Customs Code Expertise reduces the NPC tax rate by 10% per level.

Please explain the true meaning of highsec and how CCP is killing it.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

I, too, seek the answer to this question. If anything, it has ramped up activities in high sec, as everyone from carebears, to griefers, to Goons are grabbing CO's.

But I will quietly await your rebuttal........................................................................................

high sec means player is protect by CONCORD and under their rules. That's means you still need to pay attention on some kind of laws when you play this game in high sec.

If you want to think more, you need to think about how this game work, highly player-control virtual society is a good place to watch how people think and act. There are lots of research and thesis on this area( if u want to google it, not so hard)

The CONCORD and behind it, high sec NPC charged environment can be think as real world government. If a government lost their strength or influence, a country will fall down to chaos. And now CCP is making it happen, for one more small step, make CONCORD lose their control on high sec custom office.

Everyone know that CCP want more war in this game, for them they can make more $$$$$, for us we can have more fun. But one day, high sec will be another place full of wars and the whole universe will have no place for you to rest.

And James 513 says the mining barge buff was a stone in a road to a completely safe hi-sec.

You should spend some time with the lore of the game, before you set up such strange conspiracy theories.
Let me tell you, you are walking on very thin ice.

Take care that you do not break in with more such assumptions, for it might get quite difficult to get out of the icy water again.

I'd say it should be " the faster your heart beating, the closer you are to dying"
When you are excited your heart will beat faster as well.

There is a line high sec shouldn't cross which would be falling into chaos. So far, no such thing has happened.
All is still good.

Then why do you write such strange things? Have you read the lore of the game at all during the last 6 years?
For then it would be clear for you that your strange theories are very unlikely and that you are just wasting time building up a house of thin cards.
