Everyone has an opinion, I respect their right, I personally believe that CCP has made a genuine apology,

There is a realistic expectation as to what degree a company can apologise without opening themselves to legal liability, and most people understand this. other people have a different view. That is understandable too but unfortunately is likely to lead to disappointment.

Thank you for the Picture, I am sure Tommy lee jones has some relevance to the recent events.
