How often do faction contacts check their evemail ?

When should a player assume that they're not going to get a reply from the faction contact ?

my question related to an evemail I sent on the 4th, before the latest event took place.

1 week, 2 weeks ? how long should someone wait before assuming they're not going to receive a reply ?

In my experience it can take a week or two. Given the current events, it'll probably be a bit longer, but not much after the dev blog on what happened during the live event.

It varies. I've had an evemail ignored entirely (which was fair enough; it was fishing for an 'official word' for a news post), but it's generally taken a week or two when I've gotten a response. I suspect Falcon has to log into each account individually via EVE Gate to check/answer mail, which sounds-- arduous in the extreme.

It's been a busy time for us all in the run up to Rubicon, and I've taken on quite a few new responsibilities here at CCP in the last few weeks, as such I haven't really had the chance to be involved in the Live Events side of things for the last month.

I'll sit down this weekend and play catch up.
