As long as i been looking for a good vargur alt, you are not even close to it.
You are an okay tengu, not perfect.
You are able to fly vargur, but not even on the "okay" lvl.
Your tank is mediocre.
I can only guess now much extra time it will take to train your char to your set description.

When you start flying that "perfect" vargur/tengu, you will be able to tell the difference, and understand that you are not even close to it.

Realistic price for your char is 8b, thats included with your implants.
Realistic starting bid is 7b and than you can try to fight your way up to 9b.

Your opinion is completely inadequate! as a pilot tengu is perfect! and is excellent for the vargur
