As title says, looking for either a focused Loki or Proteus pilot.

Must have T2 guns. little to no wasted SP. I'm open to many different amounts of SP, but please only characters under 10b cost.

*Needs to be able to full T2 for PvP, PvE, as well as covert ops cloak*

*ALL racial BCs to 5 is a big plus*

Are you POSITIVE you want those races?

I have a Tengu pilot that matches your requests, almost exactly, as well as what I believe what your intended use will be, plus Tengu pilots are cheap right now, very cheap!.
