Without giving specifics (especially if you're in the Witness Protection Program), what made you choose the Solar System you settled in?

With so many Regions and places to choose from, is there anything you can point to that made you want to fill up one Station over others with all of your stuff?

I'm not completely sure why I'm concentrated in the Solar Syaytem I am. I guess after a few years it just seemed like the right spot for me. High Sec but close to Low. Off the beaten path but near enough to the high volume systems to trade...

I'm a solo Minmatar who Mines, Mission Runs and manages PI, and am completely dull. The Eve suburbs are where I've settled.

Because there is an Incursion there

Now, more than ever, we need a dislike button.

I live in the ghetto. Other people call it Amarr. My stuff is there because other people sell their stuff in large quantities at reasonable prices at the same station.

I move around. Every couple of months I just pack it all up and move. it's kind of fun (although moving day itself sucks).

This has let me experience a few neighborhoods.

Sobaseki is where I base. Its close to the agents I use for missioning. Next jump is Jita to feed my trade habit and its 4 jumps from Tama to feed my losing ships habit. Its a busy system and no more than 20 jumps from where I want to go. Also null is nearby at 10 jumps. That is of course If I want to play with some goons.

Despite my posting prowess I really am terrible at this game

same, I've got an orca to haul all my stuff, and my incursion ship. I've got some stuff laying around from either being kicked out of null or I bought it and forgot to pick it up.

Same here.

I use to run missions solo, and are thinking of getting back into exploring too.
At the moment I'm in and around Jita..

For my ISK-making character, it was easy access to low-sec PI and high-sec missions that set the location. Plus the fact that sometimes I like to go out ratting in a Drake and get chased by the Russians, or maybe scrape some Jap frigate off my shields. Risk is fun.

For my PvP character it's all about my new corp which, incidentally, is in the neighborhood I know best because I moved there early in the game.

Amarr. I steal (or attempt to) loot from the various people who play (and fail at) station games. I also salvage the wrecks. Decent semi-afk income, and I get to do market work at the same time.

It's usually quiet, few blobs, yet not too far from a pewpew hotspot. Has enough PVE to be self-sustainable.

I recently returned to my old home in Sinq Laison after an extended stay (and inactive sub period) in Amarr space. (Now I'm with the militia, and they'd kill me if I tried to go back... What? )

I have two systems near each other: one dead-end system for mining (since it's basically empty and I can jet-can mine in peace), and one for missions, which I picked because it had a level 2, a level 3, AND a level 4. :D All in all, a wonderful neighborhood.

I used to live in the Heimatar area, once upon a time, cause, y'know, I'm a Minnie... Roll

Failfitting ships since 2007.

Alkez. It is in the back, back woods of EVE. There is an Ammatar Lvl 4 Security Agent and only one gate out to the neighboring Hasarii system. 5 Jumps from the Rens Trade Hub and it has a smaller regional Hub in Sasta 2 Jumps away. I do Sansha Complexes and Site in a Wolf with a Probe Launcher in the surrounding area.

I have spent more time in that system then anywhere else in EVE, no matter where I go or how far I move from Null to Wormholes I always end up there in my own little deserted corner with around 10 in Local.

Besides that I have all my PvP Ships in Blue HQ.

I have stuff all over the Eververse tbh. High, low and null. Basically wherever I went Id set up shop, move ships and everything I needed and have a small FOB ready to go so I could just move around when I needed to go somewhere else. I started out in Lonetrek for many years though cuz thats where the corp and the guys Ive known for years were based.

Have you heard anything I've said?

You said it's all circling the drain, the whole universe. Right?

That's right.

Had to end sometime.

Wow!

I use Hasiari & Mohas all the time; there's like 5 people total over those 5 or so systems, and it's perfect for null access and low access.

Small universe!

well, my current hq was chosen out of simple convinence. its located near a major trade hub, and is next door to a lowsec area and has a few decent mission agents within 20j-ish. im thinking of moving to an older residence area of mine for similar reasons that better fit my current plans.

When Black Rise got added back during Empyrean Age, Heyd was attached to OMS and it got a little to crazy for my little corp.

We moved to Seyllin, and have been living there ever since. Many bigger peeps have rolled through, yet we remain. We're like a cockroach infestation that just won't go away.

P.S. Apocrypha blowing up Sey I has definitely provided a nice, unique component to our system that we've grown quite fond of.

Can't wait to dual box my Dust toon and EVE toon on the same machine!

I live next to a "dangerous system" and usually the market for replacement ships and modules is good because of the PVP and FW activities that are heavy in the locale.

In one direction, off to lowsec and in the other, high sec and not far from central Gallente hubs. The systems overall are not over populated.

On my current expedition, I have not been to high sec in so long I forget when I was last there. Wormholes dropped me off so deep in 0.0 even the Russians aren't botting there.
