since OP didn't actually write an OP, here's my assumption of what the OP was talking about.

Put cap boosters in large MJD. Require use of cap booster in order to jump. You can now MJD jump every 12 seconds as long as cap boosters are in the module.

Some kind of restriction on reloads or using the MJD without cap booster. I dunno.
