CCP taking creative license here I think. Last time they had Ravens shooting lasers for planetary bombardment.

When ships are V3d, CCP usually does up skins in all the major colors for the faction. Most of these assets are just hanging out.

Oh wait...this is CCP were talking about. That is the Golden Hyperion that will be available through the NEX/SOMER/EA store soon. It will have 200% fixed bonus to Hybrid damage, +150% to active armor rep fixed bonus, and carries a full flight of bonused Sentries. It will also include 80% Omni resists built in to the hull on both armor and shields, and carries a role bonus of +20% to hull resistances.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

You forgot, it will only refine to 1 trit, which makes it balanced.

And appears to be a Duvolle Labs skin specifically.
