What's CE, what's SMERG, and buffing over nerfing causes power creep so no

I think the only thing I'm not entirely sure CCP is competent in is economics and meaningful gameplay design.

Balence efforts have been great since Fozzie and Rise ahev taken the saddles to speed things along and UI development has been awesome regardless of how slow it's been.

As more deployables after the first 4 come out we might see some more truly emergent gameplay appear so I'm hopeful :P

Buffing or nerfing, or nerfing the buff or buffing the nerf or should we have the nerv to nerf the buff but buff the
