Looking for a focused Pvp character,
Multi-racial skills are a must, T2 ships and weapons.
Must have T2 weapons for focus races and at the VERY least BC to 5 O.o
No capitol ship skills please, I have no use for em and will not pay more for them =/

Positive Sec status, or at least not low enough to get me killed in 1.0 systems.

looking in the 35-55m sp range but will not consider higher prices for wasted sp
Have a maximum of 15b budget but will only go that high for extraordinarily well trained toons

You can mail me in game with offers, but continued unwanted soliciting and or just being a pest will just get ya blocked =)
