Salvageable Implants from Corpse - SKILL BASED CHANCE

So just a thought tonight while checking our Intel channel and seeing lots of nice pod mails with shiny implants.

Could this be done.

Base idea is you can inject and train a Science or Neural category skill lets call it Neural Science.

With this you get a chance of being able to take the corpse you have gained from said pod kill and salvage implants on a base chance factor.

How:

You simply scoop to your cargo hold and examine with right click. Each level of Neural Science gives you a 5% percent increased chance of puling a implant out of the holders head, however this must be done withing 5 minutes of the kill (Pod). Or implants are lost forever.

With this you will have certain members of fleet distracted giving advantage to waiting eyes and also a great reward for setting up a successful kill.

I know this sounds like too much fuss, however granted that not all people plex, or say run pirate missions, they are not then able to access such shiny implants like Snakes and Slaves unless they spend lots of isk. I know i sell these implants.

Not only for me would this mean corpse collecting is a actual job in fleets but quite fun for how many people will end up having in the collections in stations.

Any suggestions and thoughts on how this could be elaborated or implemented are welcome

again a quick-shot idea while in Intel channel

thanks

Defiantly not a new idea and the biggest issue I see with this is the LP market for missions and to a lesser extent faction warfare is seriously going to be effected if you are able to salvage any significant quantity of implants off pods. And the LP market is pretty crummy at the moment as it is.

I think they should be salvageable, not recoverable. Get some high end materials back from them but not the modules themselves since this would be quite disruptive.
