Increase the field of view and compensate with a little zoom, to improve the sense of scale. Currently the game gives the feeling that you could pick up the ships and put them in a shoebox.

Given that race literally plays no role in anything at all in this game anymore, I see absolutely no reason that people should not be able to completely re-do their avatars from scratch whenever they feel like it.

Also, this would let people look like the people they made before the new character creator that liked who they were, but are now completely unable to do that because the new race/bloodlines look absolutely nothing like the originals in many cases.

Further, between clothing/cosmetic options, changing the background, and reposing for portraits, its not like the portraits can be used to positively identify people anyway.

I like this idea but would suggest using modules and rigs to achive it. Have Expanded Ore Bays, Expanded Ship Bays, Expanded Corp Bays, etc. Gives me lots of options with rigs and modules to configure my Orca and other cap ships with these bays.

Be able to move ALL UI elements around.

Have multiple overview windows (would be ok with a max of 3). Tabs are clunky. More options and more sorted information at once would be better!

Have a system search UI box that I can pin to my screen. Something small and simple like the find button in Adobe Reader.

Be able to drag and drop from the search results window to chat windows .

Option to remove chat panels from chat windows. Specifically local. I don't want to read what is being said nor do I want to chat and make friend. I just want to see who's there.

Be able to stack an unpinned window on a pinned window.

Better usage of stacked windows. Frustrating when a window that is normally stacked gets moved by accident (when open by itself) and then is no longer stacked when the others are opened.

Option to change the density of a pinned window so it's the same as an unpinned (unless I misssed this somethere).

Allow the automatic stacking of chat windows into my overall "chat frame". The usage should be to decide to unpin or unstack a window.

Please have logistics pilots show up on killmails.

Ideally, a system like in Team Fortress 2 or many other games with medics/healers could be employed:

If someone kills/ECMs somebody who gets killed and the killer has been assisted by a logi (or rep drones), have the repairing guy show up on the killmail under a "assisting" section or similar. Weapon is the rep module and damage is the amount of repairs actually applied. If the dude he was repping did not take any damage, have the repairer show up on the victim's killmail nonetheless, simply with 0 HP repped.

It really sucks for logi pilots to assist drones or simultaneously concentrate on whoring mails with weapons (you're terrible anyway, if you drop reps for weapons) while repairing others. Have some love for logi, and show them on killmails as assisting.

I don't know if this was already suggested, I've not read through the thread, but something that would make my life much better is an option in the right click menu on packaged ships to "Assemble & Make Active" similar to Firefox's "Paste & Go" option when right clicking on the address bar.

I know it's just eliminating one click, but I assemble and fit ships to sell or give away to my alliance. As I assemble a lot of ships and then have to make them active, cutting down on a single click per ship can make a noticeable difference in how long the whole process takes.


EDIT: Also +1 to Jack's idea, I fly mostly logi and this will allow me to not feel bad about my inadequate killboard stats Smile

Here's an "easy" fix on this one: Use the colortags from overview settings to outline the boxes of targets. So a fleet member (if default colors are used) would have a purple box around them. It would have to be independent of the general overview (because some folks don't show friendlies/fleet/alliance/corp) on the overview...

Please let us perform all navigation maneuvers on all objects (bookmarks and celestial markers too!). I'm flying a god damn space ship in space and navigation system isn't advanced enough to fly in a circle around a bookmark? There are retards here on earth that do that all the time. This limitation is double ******** because we can do most of it via hotkeys anyways (except with bm's) just not with the buttans.

Obviously warping to any ship would drastically alter pvp mechanics, but there is no reason i shouldn't be able to keep a station at a distance or orbit a bm.

Please seed the specialist containers in the database for frozen food / livestock / radioactive goods.

It's a bit annoying when you can't put janitors and exotic dancers in a comfy container just because the only ones seeded are the basic containers we have had for 8 years.

Please enable that funky keyfob we got at FF nearly a year ago.

The Jita 4-4 undock (Caldari Navy Assembly Plant) needs to be moved out by 1500m.

When undocking from Jita 4-4 in an Obelisk and then immediately aligning/warping to the Perimeter gate, I always get hung up on the station architecture, which makes warping impossible (the architecture screws up the ability to get to speed.)

This is definitely a LITTLE THING that could be fixed.

If I can have only one little thing:
I want my market orders to appear as a different color on the view market details page. I also want to be able to right click and modify them directly from there instead of having to go to my market orders or my wallet.

If I can have one more:
Please increase fittings on ships that are widely considered to need it - like the Omen, Nighthawk, etc.

If I can have just one more:
Please increase the viability of pirate missions. This blog post explains the situation kinda well: http://liangnuren.wordpress.com/2011/10/27/wild-and-wooly-mission-running - basically flesh out the pirate LP stores so that they feel finished, and increase the ISK reward for completing anti-empire missions done for pirate factions. These missions lack bounties and this can hurt you to the point that its not any more profitable to run pirate missions than high sec L4s...

The new turrets, ship textures and effects are awesome, but they are really hard to appreciate when actually playing the game.

I think a really cool feature would be to have an optional AI camera that lined up cool shots of the battlefield. For instance, if you are orbiting a target and shooting, the camera might zoom to an "over the shoulder" view of your ship. Or it might track a missile from your ship as it flies. If a ship is about to explode, it might zoom in on it (possibly with some shaky cam added). Or it might try to view a panorama of the battlefield at an angle that shows a nearby planet or station in the background.

Basically a "cool shot" algorithm that cycles between the things happening in space.

We have fixed turret slots and missile launcher slots on the ships.

Why don't we have strip miner slots, covert cloak slots, gang link slots...

It would be great to be able to take something like a Hulk, fit 3 strip miners and have 1 utility high slot for a drone link or a salvager. Likewise, command links could be fit on ships without forcing them to have a 99% req reduction.

Interface/UI change (may be bug?):

In the journal under the missions list, mission status doesn't seem to update from 'Accepted' to 'Compelete'. Which means that you need to open the actual mission itself to show the objectives, extra clicks etc = annoying.

I vaguely remember hearing a while ago something was done so a message showed up in local, but seems a bit strange that the missions list doesn't show the actual status.

move the undock of all station so that there's no way a freighter can get jammed by simply warping. (Caldari station are the main problem, but some Amarr jam us too.)

Update the LP store

make everything rightclickable - like the tags n stuff

and make it capable of accepting multiple of an item because if I want to spend 20k LP on starbase charters its annoying to click click Click Click CLICK CLICK CLICK . . . .

make it capable of showing stuff from other LP stores so you can find what corps you want to mission for to find a specific LP item without having to go outisde eve (Even If you limit it to having to be in a station for that race)

My wish-list

capacitor transfer drones: we have logi drones, and neuting drones, but no cap-transfer drones. Can they be added pretty please?

capacitor level watch-list was a great idea mentioned earlier. Really helps logi's and not needing people to say "cf" all the time.

Launching scan-probes in groups: launching one at a time 7 or 8 times is a lot of clicking and waiting, can easily reduce the wait time. Having pre-saved scan-patterns would also help, but launching them all at once would make me very happy.

Electronic Attack Frigates:
I think they are AWESOME, but have less life-span (EHP) than an interceptor. Beef them up a bit and I'd fly one!

And for novelty: someone mentioned having the jita-cam on the big-screen in station. That would be fun to watch, just like Alliance Tournament VIII
