In short SOMER BLINK offered credit of isk towards site for GTC's bought off markee.

I did as it instructed, Andrev Nox then banned me form site and did NOT honor the deal.

I complained on forums, got locked by ISD. was told to petition it since any GTC scams are very strictly forbidding by ccp

I petitioned, a GM said in short since NO RULES WERE broken i should try and contact somer blink managers myself..

IF Anyone else did any sort of GTC scams, I know for fact they either will get banned or isk forced out....

Seems its OK for SOMERblink to..

Buying GTCs from a retailer is covered by standard e-retail laws. PLEX? Yes. They're in-game items like any other, and subject to the same (lack of) rules.

Well, CCP has vouched for them saying they're totally legit, so if the OP bought a GTC and didn't receive the Blink Credits, and/or is banned from using them after purchasing, that seems like a scam. CCP has stated everyone can use Blink, so Blink banning people is contrary to what CCP has stated.

And why did you get banned from Blink in the first place ?

Also, I remind everybody here that Blink is gaining real money from any PLEX sales done through their own link. That's effectively RMT since they offer isks in return.

1) Why did you get banned? You must have done something against their rules. Did you insult someone? Did you have multiple accounts?
2) You had your gtc, so how did you get scammed? You just didn't get what they said you might have got. Probably due to you being rude and offensive (see question 1)

Also as a side note, not RMT or other services that offer the same thing giving credit in their system . Hey you could technically say that EVE Radio is RMT for people who sub and then win competitions that have isk. Please grow up.

Not really, if I convince you to pay the standard goonswarm security deposit to get into goonswarm, it is generally understood I scammed you out of your money not your spot in goonswarm.
